Bound printed matter (BPM) is a budget-saving mailing method to send out bounded printed materials at a discounted rate. This includes any permanently bounded sheets from books, brochures, catalogs, booklets, phone books to directories.
What materials qualify for bound printed mailing? What materials do not qualify for bound printed mailing?
These printed materials need to be permanently sealed by stapling, spiral bounding, glue or stitching and sent domestically throughout the US & including US territories. It cannot include loose-leaf binders, loose sheets or any temporary bindings. It cannot be blank material or any blank stationary as 90% of the sheets must contain printed text/images.
What is the cheapest way to ship books?
