What are examples of gift fulfillment campaigns?

These campaigns can also be for trade shows and nonprofits who would like to hand out gift bags or boxes. The gift boxes can be the same for each or have unique items in each box or packaging material such as bubble mailers or even standard envelopes. We can have unique wrapping paper or filler crinkle paper in each. You can even insert personalized or generic inserts such as postcards, letters, brochures and more. Gift fulfillment campaigns are fully-customizable based on your needs.
Can the Addressers prepare the gift boxes for us to pick up?
Yes, there are times where the client will ask us to prepare, pick and pack each gift package for them to hand out or mail on their own. We’re not required to mail out the gift boxes for you. We also have clients who provide us the ready to go package, and we’ll print a label, address and mail them out with our discounted postage.
Do you offer custom boxes to be used as packaging?
Unfortunately we do not offer fully-customized boxes for our clients. We offer the mail merge and printing of inserts and custom labeling for the addressing but not custom boxes. We are still open to receive this custom packaging or boxes from our clients to use for their campaign.
What is the typical turnaround time for a gift mail campaign?
The turnaround time can vary depending on the quantity and the # of items we are picking & packing for your gift campaign, but we expect to have it done under a week or so, even sooner. Please reach out with your specific campaign, and we’ll be able to quote, provide turnaround times and expected in-home dates.
How can we designate on the list which unique items to go with each lead?
This really depends on how many unique gift items you want to include on your campaign. You can potentially create sets of lists you can create for Group A to get gifts 1,2 & 3 and for Group B to get gifts 3, 4 & 5. Another alternative is to create a separate column for each item and indicate for that lead which items they need to receive. Please reach out to our team and we’ll advise the best way to organize and prepare your data.
What advice do you have for sending out a gift campaign?
We highly recommend keeping the size and weight of the gifts in mind as gifts that are heavy or extra large will be costly to not only fulfill but also mail out as postage rates can shoot up for oversized and heavy items. Is there tracking for corporate gift fulfillment and mail campaigns?
Generally no because of the discounted postage we use does not come with tracking and any tracking creates additional fees we try to avoid for our clients. We do offer postal receipts or certificates of mail to serve as proof of the mailing at the end of the gift mailings. We can also provide expected in-home dates before we proceed with your job.
Are you able to stagger and send multiple gift campaigns at different times?
Yes we can create a schedule for you based on your request. There are additional drop fees for multiple mailings, but this allows you to customize your own schedule for each gift mailing.
