How can my organization qualify for nonprofit postage rates?
In order to qualify for discounted nonprofit postage rates, your organization has to have applied for a NPA# or nonprofit authorization # at a local post office. The USPS will grant that organization a number that will match an organization name and address that must be on the mailing piece. Once approved, the USPS # will last the lifetime of the organization.
If your organization has not applied for the nonprofit authorization #, our team at the Addressers can walk you through the free application that takes about 1-2 weeks. The application is called the PS Form 3624. We can also help you change the address if your organization has ever moved.
